USAV Membership 2025-2026 Membership Info-

• Currently summer memberships are available for any new members participating in summer camps/clinics.
• Please note that full 2024-25 memberships may be utilized for summer tryouts, as they do not expire until August 31, 2025.
• Anyone who did not participate in 2024-25 may begin purchasing 2025-26 Tryout memberships on July 1st;
  • Full memberships for the 2025-26 season will become available beginning July 15th. While these 25-26 memberships may be purchased, they are not effective until September 1, 2025, and will expire August 31, 2026

 Step One become a member of USAV (read USAV Membership Timeline first to determine if this is necessary now or at a later date)

• Go to www.badgervolleyball.org & click on the Membership Tab
  • Go to registration 2025-2026 season
  • Create or renew your USAV membership in Sports Engine.
    •  Be sure that your Sports Engine is set up with a Parent email, and that the athlete information can be set up within the Parent account.
    • All electronic signatures will take place there.
    • This software allows members to instantly be approved
    • Membership Options
      • A tryout membership. The Tryout membership is valid through tryouts and can be upgraded to a full membership at a later time. During the "quizzard" which asks how a member will be participating, have your members select "athlete", "Tryout".
      • Or you can sign up right away for a full season Junior membership which is non-refundable.
• You will pay your membership fee online with a credit card.​​​​
• You will have to show your membership card from Sports Engine.  You can now print your membership card from Sports Engine. 

Step Two ONLINE Penguin Tryout Registration:

• Go to www.midwestpenguins.com
• Go to Tryouts and the Register link
• Complete the necessary information
• Tryout payment, must be made online through the registration link
  •  Make payment online
  • AND bring
    • The medical form (The form can be printed from the registration link or the penguin website)
    • The member registration card from sports engine with you to tryouts
